Excel Attachemnt opening VERY slowly

Not sure if this is an Excel issue, or Outlook.

I have 3 users that when they receive an email with an Excel sheet and they
try to open it, it takes a very long time. Even for a small 30k item. I
have other users that it opens right away.

Is there something in Excel that I need to look at?
