Excel automatically goes into 'Group' mode while toggling between worksheets

Hi,

I have observed this peculiar problem while using Excel 2007: When
user toggles between different worksheets, by using Ctrl+Shift+PgUp (or
Ctrl+Shift+PgDn), the excel file automatically goes into 'Group' mode
Effectively, all changes made in the target worksheet are overwritte
from the source worksheet, wasting hours of work done earlier.

Is there any workaround for this? Or should we avoid using thes
shortcut keys?

Do not use the Shift key.

CTRL + pgup or pgdn is the shortcut to cycle through sheets.
