I have an excel that I use for invoices. The invoice is only ever one page but the excel file is more than one. Instead of having to tell the computer to only print page one a number of time a day is there a way that I can reduce the file to one page?

There are several ways. One is that you may have entered blank rows and
columns which Excel is trying to print. You can delete all rows below and
all columns to the right of your invoice. (Highlight the row and column
headers and use Delete from the edit menu.) then save and CLOSE the file.
When you re open it it should be OK. A second way is to set the print area
to only the range covered by your invoice. A third way is to use page setup
and specify that the invoice fit to 1 page.
