Excel calendar template or add-on for travel - tax reporting

I am looking for a calender template or add on that would enable me to track
my travel and work days in the various countries that I travel to for work
each year.

I appreciate any ideas you may have. Ipsden

Thanks Paul, I have looked at these and haven't found one has keeps a running
total of "work days in certain countries" and days "home".
