Excel cannot complete this task...

I have a routine which copies a sheet with 30 charts on it into another
workbook and then saves the new workbook under a new name. When the
SaveAs line of code runs the following warning appears:

"Excel cannot complete this task with available resources. Choose less
data or close other applications"

.....the warning doesn't seem to stop the program from saving the
workbook. Just wondering if anyone has ever come across this before and
what it is caused by??

Any help greatly appreciated.
