Excel cannot execute !! help !!

hi there,

I am using PeopleSoft Application that runs query to MS Excel. When i click
to run to MS Excel, i get an error msg Spreadsheet queue reader has died (
from a pop up window namtask.cpp 819).

any idea ?

yes, You need to be in the PeopleSoft application
