EXCEL:CANT USE OBJECT LINKING AND EMBEDDING

NI IN DISTRESS

MY EXCEL FROM XP SUITE IS CRASHING....SAYS CAN'T
USE OBJECT LINKING ANF EMBEDDING, AND THEN CRASHES.aLSO, i
AM NOT BEING ABLE TO COPY ANYTHING AT ALL IN ANY PROGRAM.
PLEASE HELP IF U KNOW SOMETHING.
