Excel Cell Editing vs Windows

Processor: intel

I know when I used excel on the PC I could price F2 key and it would allow me to edit in the cell directly, without having to click on the cell (which is what I have to do now on Office Mac 2008. Is there a similar function on the Mac version?

I've looked around within the program and cannot find a similar functionality.

well.. with a little searching myself, on this site, I have found it's control+U. While not F2 it definitely helps me out from a control aspect.

If you do a search of Excel Help for: shortcuts, you'll find just about
everything you're looking for.
