I have been trying to no avail to protect cells in a sheet so as to avoid any
unauthorised editing. The feature which is in the program for locking cells
does not help at all. So I was wondering does it mean that after coming up
with such a wonderful program, the developers of Ms-Excel were unable to come
up with a way of effectively locking cells in a work sheet. This has really
surprised me. I am using Ms-Excel 2003.
I hope someone will respond to this issue.
