excel Chart - not enaough memory

I have a excel worksheet always giving not enough memory error when I try to
create the chart . I have many formula on this wotksheet and time consume if
to re-create the spreadsheet and it is very important file.

I am using office 97 and for the new spreadsheet, is ok can create but not
for this file.

Can create the chart in office 2003 using home pc but for office office 97 ,
always run out memory.


pls help
