Excel Chart Objects In Word Question

I'm wanting to embed 40 Excel Chart Objects in a Word document using
the "Paste Link" option. Obviously I want to be able to update the
charts based on the linked data in Excel.

Is Word capable of handling this many linked charts or am I asking for
trouble?
