Excel Chart

Hello,

I have 10 rows, each row with a percentage value.
This percentage value has the following interpretation:

0% > Low
50% > Normal
100% > High

I would like to represent this in a chart for the 10 rows.

I was thinking in having a chart where for each item I would have
something similar to a slider.
When I mean a slider, I mean only its representation, not the slide
functionality:

Is this possible in excel?

What other alternatives you suggest me to represent this data?
