im having trouble with charts from excel in word.
many time the dates on my charts in word will change years when i
reopen the word file.
the dates im using are in the format MONTH YR (eg. jan 07, sept 08,
etc)
the dates on my charts generally range from sept 07 to may 08 ...yet
when i open the word file, the charts sometimes range from sept 11 to
may 12.
i dont get it. the only way to fix the problem is to right click the
chart and click 'edit in excel' ... when excel opens up, i just close
it, and the word file is magically fixed.
is there a way to commit the chart data in word? please dont say
'copy and paste as an image' ...bc that isnt sufficient. often times
i do not know how the chart will look sized a certain way, and im not
about to start resizing an image file.
thanks,
