Excel close + save lasts very long...

Hi,

i´v one big problem at closing and saving excel sheets.
This lasts extremely long.
Fore example one excelfile with 800 KB needs about 30 Seconds before
closing,
but only together with saving.
I searched on google and only found out that many other had the same
problem,
but no idea how to solve this problem.
I´am working with Excel 97 / 2000 an Journalizing isn´t activated.
Can someone give me some hints?

Try cleaning up your windows temp folder.
