excel compaire 2 workbooks or sheets

I have a data base that I export to excel every day and the
file changes every day like new items or less items or
price go up or down and qty,How do i bring up the changes,
which item was added, or which item the qty changed or
price, when I compare both sheets the yesterdays and the
new one.Please help

Jacob, there are a couple of solutions, they depend on the way in which the
data is arranged.

Is, or can you sort the data into ascending order on one unique field, if so
then vlookup could help.

If you can manipulate the database, it may be able to dump the report for
you, after all that's what dbases are for.

otherwise, you can write a macro sub to do the work for you and report on
any changes.

For more help, give some samples of your data.
