Excel control in .NET

Hey,

Could somebody please tell me how to view an excel spreadsheet in a dotnet
program INCLUDING all of the formatting of the cells. I have no problem
using an OleDB adapter to get raw data in, but the app that I'm working on
requires me to also display the formatting. Basically, I want a mirror image
of any excel worksheet.

Is this possible??? Is this possible with the DataGrid???

Try not to recommend me any third party software.
