Excel Conversion

I have an excel spreadsheet that I need to convert to mailing labels. The
first name, last name, and address are all in separate columns. Can this be
converted into a sheet of mailing labels? I am willing to buy the correct
size labels necessary, etc. I never converted a file, however, I have done
mail merge.
