Hi there, hope someone can help me on this one. This is
affecting probably 4-5 machines in one department.
I have a spreadsheet that links via MSQuery to a query in
an Access 2K DB.
When the users closes the file, Excel crashes and I
receive the following error message, titled "EXCEL.EXE -
Application Error"
--
The instruction at "0x0040001f" reference memory
at "0xd6ae22b8". The memory could not be "written".
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
--
I then click on OK, but then have to kill EXCEL.EXE using
my task manager.
We're running Office 2000, SP1, on Windows 2000 clients on
a Novell Netware infrastructure.
Any help would be gratefully received, as this is starting
to cause serious issues. We have a large number of
similarly linked spreadsheets, and this is the only one we
have an issue with!
