excel crashes when try to open a spread sheet

Hello,
We are running with Excel Mac X. Periodically we are unable to open a
spread sheet because Excel crashes. This happens on a random basis. The
output from the "more information" screen when the crash occurs is shown
below. Does anybody know why this is happening and what we can do to fix
it?
