Hi,
I'm a consultant and my job requires me to use Excel workbooks that have been created (let's say by my head office) in Excel on Windows. One in particular causes me some headaches. When I open the file (it opens, by the way, with no warnings about macros) and try to edit the data content in certain cells (not any cell), Excel immediately crashes - "Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close etc...". I currently have three of these files (one for each of three months). June is OK as is May but April crashes all the time. All of these began life as a standard file where all I do is change the data as appropriate for the month in question.
Can anyone help?
