From the little intelligible information in the error report to most of us
here [we're not software technicians or engineers] it appears that:

#1- Your installation of Office is in dire need of updating. The log
indicates you're at the original release level of 10.0.0 and 10.1.9 is what
is current. How you've not had problems in Leopard with *all* Office v.X
apps before now I really don't understand. From the Help menu of any Office
app run Check for Updates. If that won't retrieve it for you you can use
this link instead:

and

#2- Your system is most likely in serious need of permissions repair. Once
the updates have been applied run Disk Utility - Repair Disk Permissions
then restart your Mac & see if conditions don't improve.

Are you aware that v.X is no longer supported by MS? There are quite a few
reasons why you might want to consider upgrading to a newer version.
