Excel Data Coding Like Minitab

If anyone has ever used Minitab, there is a pretty cool data coding
dialog where you can convert text to text or transform numeric ranges
to different numeric ranges. Hard to describe here ...

But if you have used Minitab and know what I am talking about ... does
anyone know of excel add-ins with similar capabilities?
