Excel Data into a Web Order Form

I have all the data I need for an interactive order in Excel. I can't figure
out how to save it as an interactive tool in html. If I save it and then
insert into Frontpage, it is still an excel product and someone who doesn't
own excel cant interact with it on their computer. Is there an easy way to
create an online order form from Excel?
