Excel data viewing query.

Having bought a new Vista computer and Office 2007, I'm in the process of
using my Excel 2003 documents within the new system.

Once opened, the Excel 2003 data can occasionally not be displayed within
2007. This is usually rectified when I move down the screen and the text
re-appears. If I were to click on an 'empty' cell sometimes the data will
show, and sometimes not. Despite this, the data always appears in the data
entry box at the top of the screen.

To avoid this, I copied the old data in to a new Excel 2007 document -
saved, closed and then re-opened to find the same problem.

Despite this not stopping me from working with my data, it is annoying not
being able to view the entries without having to move the page down to
'refresh'.

If anyone can help with this matter it would be very much appreciated.

Hi J.A.F.C.,

What happens if you save the file to native 2007 format?

Many thanks for your reply Jan.

Following your question, do mean File>Save As, to save it as an Office 2007
extension? If so I haven't yet - but will give it a go.
