Excel should warn the user when they copy & paste values from one spreadsheet
into another workbook if the date format is different in the two workbooks.
This can cause a significant error when data that was entered on a mac is
emailed to a pc. If the data is pasted into another workbook on the pc then
all the dates are changed by 4 years less 1 day. Mac defauts to 1904 & PCs
to 1900 formats. Users email spreadsheets frequently and don't realize that
the sender might be using a Mac to create the spreadsheet. Pasting from a
Mac format created sheet to a new or another previously created spreadsheet
opened on a pc (1900 format) will change the displayed dates in the
spreadsheet without a warning that the values are being changed.
