Excel Date Formatting

In relation to my last post: Excel Dash Formatting

I am also working on the attendance portion of my score sheet.
is it possible to format the cells to be linked so that if I have clas
on ex. Monday, I can give the first date and then excel fills in th
subsequent dates from a calendar?
