Excel documents cause PC to reboot

Hi,

Randomly when opening, selecting cells, printing or saving with an xl
document, the computer reboots itself. Once this happens, logging in using
the same username to Windows 2000\XP and then trying to open the same
document again causes another reboot etc.... Logging in as another user or
the same user on another PC and the document can be opened. I have ran
through starting Excel without automation in safe mode, deleting modified
toolbars, trying different service packs, different versions of Office
(2000/XP). Deleted temp files. Also tested on different PC on the Windows
2000 domain.
It also happens when file accessed locally as well as remotley.
The current Excel version is (10.4524.4219) SP-2
