Excel does not display workbooks open

Issue:
The number of open Excel workbooks is incorrect on the WinXP taskbar/start
bar. If five are open, it might display four in the taskbar(you can switch to
the "hidden" workbooks within Excel Menu- Window). Running WinXP SP1 and
Office 2003 Sp1
