Excel e-mails twice

We have a couple secretaries that have the following
problem: Whenever they use the SEND TO: option in EXEL to
e-mail a spreadsheet, everyone they sent it to, gets it
twice. When they initiate the e-mail from OUTLOOK and
attache the spreadsheet, this doesn't happen. This just
affects a couple secretaries, not everyone.
