Excel Email List

Hello,

I was using the email list in the gallery, but I saved it and closed it. The next day when I opened it the size of the document shrunk and the text instead of being on one line, like I had it before with put onto a few lines. What can I do to stop it from shrinking?

Sorry, but based on your description I can't envision what you mean by
"shrinking". Can you provide a more explicit description of exactly what is
happening? I'm not seeing anything here that could even come close.

Also, indicate what view you're using as well as the settings in the
Formatting Palette for Page Setup & Ledger Sheet that may have bearing on
the file. What is the Zoom setting? Did you make any changes to Column Width
or anything else that could influence the layout? What is your specific
update level of Office?
