Excel Error (access violation)

Hello people!

I've got an excel file (MS Excel 97-SR2 on Windows NT 4.00), that whe
i try to open, i get the message:

"Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address: 0x3009749f)

The file exists in one PC and is shared through the LAN.

Any ideas on what's going on?

I am getting the same problem with the same situation.....anyone ou
there that can explain!!??!
