Excel error - File not recognize

Since a couple of days whitout any clue why everytimes I
open Excel an Excel file whit Macro open by itself... I
close it and try yo open a regular excel file and I always
receive this error message(This file is not a recognize
format); this happen to ALL my excel files...

Ive try to uninstall AND reinstall, plus all patch
available but I still have the problem.
