Excel Error Message

excel sheet that she is trying to access the embeded word feature and she
gets an error message stating

cant start the application required to open this object and error occured in
this feature and is no longer functioning properly would you like to repair
this feature now

she clicks yes and it then states cannot start source application for this
object
