excel.exe application hang in Server 2003 event log

Hi,

Just about everyday, I'm getting 1 to3 Application Hang
errors (event 1002)
in my event log. They are always for excel.exe. Can
someone tell me how this happens? Is there a fix? No
users have called when this happens. Seems like the app
ends task and
restarts itself. I'm running O2K SP3 w/ TS on Server 2003.
