EXCEL.exe has generated error

Hello all,
I'm experiencing a strange problem with my MS-Excel. When
I try to copy/paste between 2 worksheets, I'm receving the
following error message:
"EXCEL.exe has generated error and will be closed by
Windows.
You will need restart the program.
An error log is being created."
Question 1: Where is the path of this log file?
Question 2: How can I solve this problem?
