The excel (office 2000 sp3) crashes everytime an excel sheet linked to
Bloomberg is opened and closed without doing a save. I have done basically
everything to find a solution but to no avail. Some of the steps I did in
trying to correct the problem are as follows: 1) Repair Option in the Office
CD done, 2) Reinstalled of the Excel, 3) Disabled real time protection of the
PC's NAV, 4) deleted .xlb files, 5) changed the user profile, 6) deleted the
9.0 office key in the registry, 7) deleted .tmp files , 8) etc. Do you any
suggestion? Thanks

Enrique

Hi Garfield,

Thank you for your reply. I went thru already in the past
the troubleshooting steps mentioned on Pearson's Website
but did not help. Actually the problem happens only when
excel sheets are closed without saving and only those that
have market links to Bloomberg.
