EXCEL.exe has generated errors when using the add-ins analysis histrogram

I have a user who is using the histogram fuction under the
data analysis options. After he selects the data cells
and tells it to chart the data, excel crashes saying that
excel.exe has generated errors and will close. This
functionality was working until just a week ago. Anyone
have any information to help me solve this problem???
