EXCEL.EXE (Office 2000) 100% usage problem.

When I open the excel program and navigate in excel the
cells start to scroll, doesn't highlight what you click
on. It just starts highlighting anything. Also, it show
excel.exe process percentage 100%.


Any thoughts on what caused this and how to fix?
