I have a spreadsheet with data that I query a web site for. I usually
refresh the data daily by right clicking and selecting "refresh data". This
has worked fine for months, but now all of a sudden it is not refreshing. I
clicked on the data tab and selected "edit query" and at the bottom of that
box it says "detecting proxy settings" and just sits there without loading
the page. This page loads up fine in IE. Also, Excel will not connect to
online help either. What is the problem and how do I fix it?
