It would appear that your installation of Office is in need of updating. Go
to: HD/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/MAU2.0 & run the AutoUpdate
application. You apparently need 12.1.5 & perhaps 12.1.0 prior to that.

Run Disk Utility - Repair Disk Permissions afterward, restart your Mac & see
if things are better.
