Excel file becomes corupted when using Save As to save file.

I have an Excel file that when I use the Save As option to save the file to
another location such as another hard drive, network drive, or flash drive,
the file is corrupted when I go back and re-open the saved file. All my
formatting and formulas are messed up. I can cut and copy the file and the
file will open just fine. It only happens when using the Save As option in
Excel.
