Excel file compare (each sheet). Is there something already available?.

Hello,
I'm asking myself if there is something already available to compare two excel files. (cell by cell, each sheet in the two excel).

I know a little bit of VBA but if there is something done already (maybe I can change the code little bit by myself) it would be better. ;-)

that depends how strict you want to be.
If files are almost identical you can try to use Open XML SDK
Productivity Tool. It compares xml structure.

Take a look at the Compare Lists Assistant at http://www.add-ins.com/compare-lists-in-excel/compare-lists-in-excel.htm. It should do what you want.
