Excel file in compatibilty mode and not all sheets within the fil.

Excel file in Compatibilty Mode ???

When opened the file name includes in brackets "Compatibilty mode"
The file is incomplete. Inner worksheets are not there just the first sheet
with over a 1000 rows below the partial information keyed in from before.
I downloaded some Excel Calendars and they are a yearly calendar with 12
worksheets for each month of the year. Only January is there.
