Excel - File Not Loaded Completely

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

Each time I open a spreadsheet (regardless of where it was created, mac or windows), the first attempt gets a 'File Not Loaded Completely' error, and Excel opens a PDF called About Stacks.pdf. The second try it opens fine.

Not a show stopper but it wastes my time. Any ideas?
