Excel file opens in Word

I changed a setting or something and now each Excel file I
try to open, opens in Word, rather than Excel. How do I
change this back to Excel opening with Excel?

rigth click on the documents you want to open, then -properties-open with- there is an option then click excell
apply , even if the document has the excell logo,
also run a file system check on the computer once in a while
if any problems email me

Try to right click on one of the Excel files and use open
with and click choose program, Remark Microsoft Excel and
at the bottom mark the "always use the selected program
to open this kind of file".
