Excel file requires .dll

I have a program made in excel to value financial products, however
the .xls files also come with a .dll file and instructions for use
with Windows and unfortunately not for Macs.

Is there anything i can do or try to make these files work?

Unless you have the source code of the .dll and can compile it for
Macintosh (making the necessary changes), your only option is to purchase a
PC or PC emulation software.
