Excel Find/Replace Dialog Box

I'm using Office 2003, and this question relates to Excel 2003.
When using Ctrl-H to bring up the Find and Replace dialog box, the first
time it is used, the "Find" field has focus (i.e. you can type directly in
the "Find" field).

The next time (and subsequent times) that Ctrl-H is used, the "Replace"
field has input focus.

This behaviour is bizarre, and has changed from previous versions of Excel
(well, Excel 97). It also differs from Word 2003, Ctrl-H here always goes to
the "Find" field by default. This is exactly what I expect to happen.

Is there any way to force the Excel Ctrl-H to always give the "Find" field
input focus when the dialog box opens?

Thanks in advance

Thanks but not very useful. What I want is for Ctrl-H, when it opens the
find/replace dialog box, is for the find field to have input focus.

This seems to be a deliberate change from previous versions of Excel.
Perhaps there is a good reason for it but I just find it very frustrating. I
will keep my fingers crossed in the hope that someone else knows of a fix.
