How do I insert a full filename and path in an Excel
footer just as you can in Word?

Go to "file", page setup, then click on
the "header/footer" tab, and choose custom footer.
In the center of that dialogue box there are six buttons.
The second button from the right will insert the file name.

Go to View Header and Footer then to custom footer. Use
the sixth icon from the left.
