Good Morning. What I am trying to do is import a graphic (which I have done) and put in fields over the areas where I need information inserted. It is nothing that will be calculated, only to have information inserted and printed. It is only that the plants are running the rest of the info in Excel and want to keep it that way.

Hopefully I was clear on this.

Thanks,
Maggie

Hi,

Do you want the graphic behind the cells?

Maybe this will work for you.

View > Header and Footer,
Click the Insert Picture button
Select the graphic file
Click OK twice

The picture will be behind the cells, but it's not easy to position.
