Excel format problem !?!?

I have a data base and I need a better way of sorting it. Basically I
have a list of clients with info such as name, address, etc. Is there
anyway of viewing these individually in say a word type format where I
can then edit them in this "word type" format and have it up-date my
Excel data base ?

Eventually I would like people to fill out an online form which they
email me, and all of there info gets added automatically to my database
!!!
